Framework Pengembangan Konsep Corporate Farming untuk Meningkatkan Produktivitas Panen di Wilayah Kabupaten Madiun

Abstract


Pengembangan corporate farming dapat mendorong kemajuan dalam sektor agroindustri. Salah satu sektor yang berpengaruh adalah agroindustri berbasis gula. Peningkatan produktivitas tanaman tebu dibutuhkan agroindustri berbasis gula agar tetap sustainable. Kabupaten Madiun sebagai salah satu wilayah di Jawa Timur yang memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan hasil panen tebu. Namun, kondisi saat ini produktivitas tanaman tebu mengalami hambatan seperti lahan terbatas, modal dan akses teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun framework dalam menyusun corporate farming pada komoditas tanaman tebu melalui penentuan strategi yang tepat. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis SWOT dan QSPM. Hasil strategi yang dipilih dalam pengembangan corporate farming berdasarkan atas pertimbangan pihak yang berkepentingan adalah ASI, AS8 dan AS3.
